Our WEB BASED Course is being offered throughout the 2011-2012 licensing period. Take the class from the comfort of your home or office. In order to receive your certificate you will need to take a proctored test. You can schedule your test at any of the FOWA class locations on the day of a class or you can call and set up a time to come by the training center to take it. Give us a call for more details.
Please remember, dates, instructors and locations must sometimes be changed. Please call the administrative/business office before attempting to register onsite for any FOWA class. An extra $20 fee is charged for paying at the door and there may not be space available in the class if you have not pre-registered. FOWA Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a class you have previously registered for, please call FOWA at least 72 hours prior to the class and the full amount of your paid class fees will be transferred to a different class of your choice. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one-half of the course fee. You will not receive any course credit if you do not attend class and did not give any notice.
Photo identification will be required. It is recommended for classes that you bring calculators, writing materials, and outdoor clothing (if needed). Hours awarded to registered contractors, master contractors, and CEHP's are variable and provided in each course agenda. The passing score for exams or post-tests is 70% unless otherwise indicated. Passing the course exam is not required for registered level CEU hours but is necessary for master level contractors seeking master level credit for their license renewal.
