Please keep in mind that this schedule is subject to course date and/or location changes. We do have some additional classes scheduled for the months of August and September, please call for details. Remember, as a registered Septic Tank Contractor you can still get registered level CEU credit by attending master level courses.

You can also roll up to 6 hours toward the next licensing period after you complete the required number of hours for the current licensing year.

2009-2010 Judging Aggregate Quality (WEB BASED)

Our WEB BASED Course being offered throughout the 2009-2010 licensing period. Take the class from the comfort of your home or office. In order to complete the class and receive your certificate you will need to take the test. Tests are available at any of the class locations on the day of a class or you can call and set up a time to come by the training center to take it. Give us a call for more details.

MOST CLASSES are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and are being held at the FOWA Training Center located at 5115 State Road 557, Lake Alfred, FL 33850-7202 unless otherwise noted. See Training Center page for Map/Directions and area hotel information.

Due to the advanced nature of this program, dates, instructors and locations may have to be modified. Please call in advance before registering onsite for any FOWA class. An extra $20 fee is charged for walk-in's and you will be turned away if space is unavailable. If you cannot attend the class selected, call FOWA at least 72 hours prior to the class and choose another course at no charge. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one-half of the course fee. There are no refunds for no shows.

Photo identification will be required. It is recommended for classes that you bring calculators, writing materials, and outdoor clothing (if needed). Hours awarded to registered contractors, master contractors, and CEHP's are variable and provided in each course agenda. The passing score for exams or post-tests is 70% unless otherwise indicated. Passing the course exam is not required for registered level CEU hours but is necessary for master level contractors seeking master level credit for their license renewal.
